If you have more than one list that falls into the same area, you can use folders to further organize. Anything that is related to my personal life belongs in my “Personal” folder. My “Work” folder has all my business lists. Using folders enables you to open and close folders as you need them. There is no need to look at all your personal lists during the day if you are working.
